Tenant Finding Service

Ideal for someone who wants to be in total control of their property, but needs help in selecting the right tenant.

Our Tenant Finding Service includes:

• Visiting you at your property, and providing a rental valuation and any other advice which you may require about letting your property.
• Advising you on compliance with the various safety regulations.
• Locating suitable tenants. Your property will be advertised if necessary, although we usually have tenants waiting.
• Obtaining and evaluating references.
• Collecting a deposit (bond) from the tenant, which will be passed to you to hold until the tenant leaves the property.
• Drawing up a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and arrange signatures by the tenant/s if required by the owner

Tenant Finding Fees

With the Tenant Finding service, we charge a one-off fee of £195 per tenant found.

We use the services of an independent referencing company to obtain and evaluate references, as well as undertaking credit checks.
